About the Artist
❦
I am currently a Theatre Arts major at Nazareth University in Rochester, NY. Through my coursework and hands-on experiences in the university’s costume shop, I have developed a strong interest in costume design and construction. Building on my years of training in the arts and theatre studies, I am eager to pursue a graduate degree in fashion design and continue my creative journey.
My artistic vision is shaped by a love of history, culture, and aesthetics from across time periods and around the world. I am drawn to eclectic combinations, unexpected elements, and bold, unique designs that reflect my personal vision and imagination. Whether I am constructing a piece of clothing, creating a work of visual art, or crafting jewelry, I aim to infuse every creation with beauty and originality.

Aesthetics & Influences
❦
Cultural Kaleidoscope
Each creation captures the spirit of different styles, cultures and bygone eras while infusing it with the vibrancy of today. I weave threads of many periods and places into my work, letting history and culture speak through color and form.
Fragments of medieval romance, the organic designs of Art Nouveau, the free-spirited energy of the 60s & 70s, and the timeless echoes of ancient art all converge in my designs. This fusion creates a kaleidoscope of influences, a meeting ground where past and present dance together in vibrant harmony.
Whimsical Worlds of Color
I am inspired by the flowing, organic style of Art Nouveau: Swirls of vibrant hues and fluid, organic forms evoke landscapes of the imagination - worlds that feel both playful and enchanted.
My creations radiate with vibrant, "Day-glow" color, unfolding into dreamlike visions. Each work - whether an article of clothing or an object is a portal into a psychedelic realm, where the fantastical and the whimsical intertwine
Myth and Design United
At the heart of my inspiration lies a deep reverence for the mythical and mystical. I am captivated not only by the timeless goddesses of Mediterranean, Egyptian, and Indian cultures who embody power and mystery; but also by the sacred symbols, patterns, and spiritual language woven into ancient artwork itself.
These echoes of the past guide my imagination, allowing me to re-envision their mysteries through vibrant color and flowing form - keeping their spirit alive in new, dreamlike realms.
